About Your Practitioner:
Patricia
Nast, L.Ac. - I
am NCCAOM* Board-certified in Acupuncture and Chinese
herbology, licensed to practice acupuncture by New York
State.
My private practice is in
Mt. Kisco, NY, in the heart of town. I volunteer
one day every week
at Northern
Westchester Hospital
Center, in the Cancer Center Health & Wellness Program. I
am also a member of Acupuncturists without Borders, trained
to treat community trauma.
*National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and
Oriental Medicine
My
early experiences in the medical field have laid the
groundwork for what is now my life’s passion – to offer
healing to the whole person – and have given me the ability
to communicate the Eastern traditions of healing to people,
who like me, were raised in a Western culture where the
entire paradigm of health is so different. With this
paradigm comes the understanding that pain and illness
reflect the overall state of one’s physical and emotional
health.
