Embracing True Health
My mission is to guide and nurture you back to a state of
well-being, to gently rebalance systems that have become
derailed by illness or injury. This journey back to wellness
is one which we may travel part-way together – but, above
all, it is YOUR journey. My goal is to work in partnership
with you during this process – in working toward the
objectives you set for your health – to help you engage in
your own healing process.
I am here to listen to your story about how you came to this
point, as this discussion will help me to learn about the
root causes of your concerns, so that I can treat you more
effectively. By getting to know you better, I can address
your constitution and predisposing factors, which leads to
much more lasting results than simply temporarily relieving
symptoms.
Many people come to my practice seeking to heal a chronic
illness or a physical injury. Others are looking for
assistance in coping with the stresses of daily life, or for
mental health concerns such as depression or anxiety, while
others are hoping to find a greater sense of meaning and
spiritual connection in their lives. Whatever brings you
here, my hope is that together we can co-create a pathway
that leads you back to a fulfilling and harmonious life.
